Correct Use of the Website

The Very Goood Bakes website should only be used to browse products, enquire about products or place product orders. None of the content or images on this website can be used without seeking permission from us.

Ordering and Payments

Orders will only be dispatched once full payment has been received through our payment gateway. We do not provide payment plans or split payment options. By placing an order on this website, you are confirming that you are a valid and authorised user of the chosen means of payment.

Delivery

Order delivery times are stated on our FAQs page.

Whilst we do not expect this to be a regular occurrence, reserve the right to adjust production schedules if necessary. This could mean that your order is dispatched sooner or later than anticipated. If there are any delays to the production of orders, customers will be contacted directly with an update.

We do not directly handle the delivery process of our products and therefore cannot take responsibility for any delays experience once our products have been dispatched. We can, however, work with you to find a suitable alternative arrangement. We advise that you check delivery details when completing your order, as we are unable to accommodate address changes once products have been shipped.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds will only be offered if we are unable to fulfil your order. In the extremely unlikely event of products not meeting the standards advertised on the website, we will replace the item(s) in question or work with you to provide an alternative solution.

Customers can cancel an order by emailing ask@verygoodbakes.co.uk with ‘CANCELLATION’ in the subject line, but we can only provide a full refund if production has not yet begun. If production has begun, but the item has not yet shipped, we can offer the customer a partial refund. Once items have been dispatched, we are unable to prevent them from continuing on to the delivery destination.
