Very Goood Bakes are carefully and securely packaged, enabling smooth delivery to your door. All of our bakes are packaged in letterbox-friendly boxes and shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery, so you don’t need to be home to receive your box of goodness.

Refund Policy
We take a huge amount of pride in ensuring that each box that we bake is of high quality.
Refunds will be offered if we are unable to fulfil your order. In the extremely unlikely event of products not meeting the standards advertised on the website, we will replace the item(s) in question or work with you to provide an alternative solution.
Customers can cancel an order by emailing ask@verygoodbakes.co.uk with ‘CANCELLATION’ in the subject line, but we can only provide a full refund if production has not yet begun. If production has begun, but the item has not yet shipped, we can offer the customer a partial refund. Once items have been dispatched, we are unable to prevent them from continuing on to the delivery destination.
